RULES AND REGULATIONS :1.Duration: The length should not be more than 20 min(shortfilm).
2. Films can be based on any theme or genre; it’s the way you tell the story that matters.
3.The registration fee is Rs 200/-
The short film making competition is being held on 16th and 17th of march in MREC’s National Level Technical Fest “AKSHARA2K12”.
The short listed entries will be screened in front of the chief guest .
So here is the platform to prove yourself as a talented Person in various fields like documentaries, short films, trailers and video songs.
